the technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He came out to fix the old softener, and ended up installing a new system.

Removed old Rainsoft water softener and installed new one in about an hour and left the area neat and clean. He was very nice and explained things to us.

when Dave, a friend and neighbor, had the
business. At that time, 1975, our water was
18grains hard.

After the 38 years we decided to "start from scratch" and added the acid neutrilizer (despite
the original lifetime warranty on parts).
