Very pleasant experience all around. Sales rep (Anson) was excellent, knowledgable, professional and trust worthy. Installer went above and beyond (installed a cutoff ball valve in the PVC piping and conduit for the electrical wiring). Inspector made me assured that this was a job well done. I've recommended RainSoft products and this distributor to friends and family and will continue to do so.
