I did not have a sales representative because I replaced an old system. Then scheduling the installation, everyone I dealt with in the phone were very professional.

Our house presented some unique difficulties when trying to install our Rain Soft system. Rather than canceling the system our tech rescheduled for their most senior technician to come out the following day to try to troubleshoot the installation. We were extremely pleased with their willingness to work with us and our house so that we could install the water system, rather than just giving up.

Products seem to be doing what they promised. I can already see a difference in the brightness of my laundry, and that makes me very happy.

We are now the proud owners of TWO RainSoft water conditioners. We loved the first one and when we moved into a new home we really missed our soft water. Our second RainSoft unit was our second addition to our new home, second only to our new bed. Now that we have soft water again we really "feel at home".
