Both Nathan and the installer were great, I would to say that the company needs to advertise more so people can know how great this product is. I am not a water drinker, but I drink more water now than I ever did. The product is great!

Both our sales rep & installer were extremely professional and highly customer service oriented. We felt no pressure to buy and we never felt rushed when asking questions and learning about the product and water quality. You have wonderful staff. The gentleman who did a follow up visit was of the same caliber of employee and the customer service rep I spoke with on the phone was also very helpful and made me feel like "she cared" about my particular situation. Good job on training and hiring such individuals with quality customer service, as it seems to be a dying concept with so many large businesses. Kudos to Rain Soft!
