RainSoft softeners are 100 percent better than the rest of them out there. They have very good staff that helps and explain everything clearly. The most important thing that I like is you call the office you are a customer an by the time you hang up you're a friend.

Charlie did an outstanding job of the whole job!!! He has never steered us wrong and felt he gave us a great deal on the softner. He explained the whole system and walked me thru the control panel. My water has been so soft and actually smells great now!!! Charlie and his coworker went above and beyond by shoveling my apron off while waiting for me to get home from work. I am so very pleased with all the years we have worked with rainsoft. Fast, honest, efficient and cost friendly. Thank you Wendy Schiesser
