I like the product. My hair and skin feel so much better.

Very much satisfied with the product, installation & evaluation. The water tastes much more clean & pure. We have already noticed a difference in the water quality and taste. I used just a drop of moisturizer on my face after washing now and also noticed my skin is not dry and tight after showering. My husband said he can shave without shaving cream! We don’t use fabric softener, except one sheet to make towels smell good. It’s no longer needed to soften fabrics. Lastly, I used to add a little baking soda to the wash cycle to help soften the clothing. I no longer need to do that! A wonderful product that will pay for itself over time.

The person that came in to complete the testing and showed us how bad our water quality was certainly knew what he was doing. He was very nice and respectful.

Already Knew I would like the softener as had one in the past and it was nice. Noticed a big difference with this one at my first shower! I want to commend installer, Mendoza S. He ran into unexpected issues during installation, solved each problem, and kept me well in the loop as well as asking my input on everything along the way. He was also a patient teacher showing me the electronics and bypass valves. Very nice gentleman who worked very long hours yesterday. This company is great as well for allowing the customer to do as much or as little of their own servicing as they wish to the system and not mandating a maintenance agreement/schedule with additional costs. Can’t beat the lifetime warranty also. From water testing and first appointment to end of installation….was one week and an easy process, stress free!

We were very fortunate that our Rainsoft distributor would store the unit we had purchased and used until our new home was built. The buyers of our former home did not want to pay us for it. So the distributor in the Charlotte area agreed to store it and reinstall our unit for a very reasonable price.
